from a heated debate about liability insurance
for framebuilders, a subject very important to me...

>"However, it is the people who hire lawyers who are
>ultimately responsible for all the expensive fightin'."

a guy gets a lifetime gig in a wheelchair and has
dinner through a drip until he's dead because
of a mishap caused by a bicycle. what do you
propose he does to become whole?
from your post it can be inferred that anyone
who "gambles" and buys any insurance, or ever
hires a lawyer for suit is contributing to
the problem this national sport.
